We are a long-established business providing clean top-quality accommodation for professional people at affordable prices. 

We endeavour to achieve hotel quality standards for the price of a house share rental, striving to be the best in Dumfriesshire.  We are members of the Scottish Association of Landlords and accredited by the Landlord’s Association of Scotland.

We specialise solely in fully furnished accommodation in shared houses, with anything from three housemates upwards.

There is a full-time manager and we provide 24 hour emergency cover.

Also included in the rental fee:

          House bills (including Council Tax, utilities,TV licence and fibre-optic wifi)

·         Fully furnished rooms

          Weekly cleaning

Our properties are decorated tastefully to a high standard, with modern furniture. They are warm, comfortable and well-maintained.

Each house has ample shared spaces, with at least one spacious fully fitted kitchen and comfortable sitting room/s . Most have private parking and bicycle storage.  Several have gardens. One house even comes with a separate mini gym and games room!​

                           

Most houses are situated within, or very close to the town centre. Our properties are either modern or beautifully restored listed buildings which have been upgraded to a high specification and level of comfort.

The majority of bedrooms have full en-suite facilities however, a few have shared bath/shower rooms (shared with a minimal number of people).

​

We have spare furniture in store so can provide whatever you request at the start of the tenancy e.g desk and chair, sofa.

We take the safety of our properties and tenants seriously and all houses comply with current legislation and fire safety legislation. Fire safety inspections are done weekly to ensure continued compliance.

We understand the importance of having great neighbours and we carefully vet all prospective tenants to ensure that they fit in with our existing housemates and so that each property offers a peaceful and friendly home.

Our residents are professionals of a variety of ages – we would also consider sensible students, and we have rooms suitable for couples in some houses.  Short-term rentals are always considered.
