We are happy to accommodate residents looking to move quickly - if there is no availability yet in a room/house which you prefer,  we will do all we can to reserve the room for you, and to accommodate you in another room until this one becomes available.

Currently, if a tenant leaves, we thoroughly clean and disinfect the room and leave it empty for 3 days before it is re-occupied as tenant-safety, and protection of the NHS employees is paramount.
