Demand for rooms is very high  so, if you are interested one, it would be sensible to contact us quickly. 

If the house which you prefer has no available rooms and a room becomes available in another house, we can reserve this for you until a room in the house of your choice  becomes available.  Similarly, if the room you prefer in one house isn't available until after your planned arrival date, but there is another in the same house from the correct date, you could book the earlier room until your preferred one becomes available. We are happy to take single people, or couples/twins for a small surcharge.

Set in the heart of Dumfries, on the High Street, near the

Mid-Steeple. 

This beautifully renovated listed building offers comfort and warmth. Most rooms face south, with big windows (new and double-glazed) so they are lovely and bright.

The sitting room is big and welcoming and there are 2 large, well-equipped kitchens, one on each floor.

The house is in a pedestrian precinct and there is a free public car park very close by (Munches Street), and a taxi stand.

It's an easy walk to 2 supermarkets as well as having High Street shops on the doorstep. The railway station and bus stops are just a short walk away.

A stunning and truly unique recently-refurbished  listed building close to town centre.

This property comes with plenty off-road parking, south-facing patio, two large fully-fitted kitchens, utility room, one big sitting/dining room and one TV room.
